I can log in, but I think around 9 P.M.,  then I can't log in anymore. A good sign that they might be updating the database.

Ya 100mbps in Selayang area still waiting for Turbo upgrade. 

Lol, fat hopes.. I can still login using care app and it's still 100Mbps. Anyway, still thinking of downgrading my RM249 commitment.

FYI, bandwidth is not good for past few days, get lesser than 20mbps from 50

any recommendation for stable router ? currently using that " tabung look" DIR 850L for 30MBps and awaiting 300mbps turbo-ed. Was thinking picking up any around RM400-RM600 routers. How about ASUS RT-AC58U AC1300 performance ?

Phase 1 15/8 till Dec 2018
Phase 2 Jan 2019

She asked me to check my email, and the date mentioned from 15/8 so I'm under Phase 1.

Is anyone else out there under Phase 2? so that email is standard to 15/8 just to con us?

In my taman area, my friend whois TM Staff got the turbo upgrade first.
So that's mean the upgrade is based on the batch of acc no.

Me too, want to complain already. Since the day they announce the turbo, i waited from July to August 15 for the so called turbo email. However , the bill is the only thing they sent, and damm fast and efficient. I have been suscribing the unifi since 2013 where i am suscribing VIP5, and until Advance 50plus from Thank you campaign 2017.

Next morning, I can login around 5am. Before that, I don't know why. I stayed up till 1am, it was the same issue. I wondered what TM is doing at this hour?

I just checked my Account and found that I got Turbo-ed to 300Mbps at 11:45pm on 23 August.
Sad to say, TM router is hopeless.
Looking for a new router soon.
