Checking DAILY in the unifi portal for the upgrade, still no luck, my unifi is in bkt tinggi 2 klang...
surprisingly bkt mertajam, melaka already have, why those cities so slow

Jump from strimix to RM129 Unifi Lite 10Mbps May/June last year, then add RM10 upgrade to Unifi Advance 30Mbps (RYE) early this year.

Not sure whether my actual speed upgraded or not. Will get someone to check for me and update. Has your dashboard updated with Turbo Upgrade 2018?

testing using Gigabit LAN network card?

or test with 5Ghz mobile phone for beyond 100Mbps?

and go network adapater checking driver is it adjusted with 100Mbps or 1000Mbps?

My speed is still under 50 Mbps even though i have restarted my modem and router a couple of time.What could be the problem???I have asked them to reset the port already..

What position first? If account admin hr clerk/manager sure got no power to voice out 1 even if got also no 1 care. If your friend is a director then might have chance to influence them.

Relax, maybe your technicians already balik kampong RAYA, and Merdeka also coming soon...

Have you been upgraded yet? Not everyone have been upgraded yet and you need to check your Unifi portal.
