hi guys, just bought an item and the promised delivery time is between 4th April to 9th April. What if seller fail to delivery within the delivery time?

Dear all lazada app guru, can you use all the rebate (accumulative coupon) in wallet for a single or two item purchase at a go? (Those coupon I get from Lazada birthday Group play event previously)

Bought a cheap 50% discount sound bar from SenHeng during lazada birthday last month.
Supposely will received last saturday, but until today haven't delivered. Chat with the store ask for status, straight got reply kena cancelled already due to failed to deliver within the delivery timeline. Cibai. |

I just made a purchase just now cuz some of the coupons are expiring soon, I bought 1 item from 1 seller only and the amount was deducted from rebates that I earned only. Hi does anyone know what is this "refunds" section for under lazada wallet? Seller made refund to me but the amount didnt fall under refund section, it went back to deposit instead.
