My last order placed on 27/3 5pm is just successfully tracked in ShopBack one hour ago.

Tracked one hour ago. Payment on 27th early morning. Lol only 1% cash back.

i tried to chat with several CS..none of them helpful...keep giving excuses that the lazada wallet stuck is normal...not their problem bla bla..

All cancelled. CS don't help. One CS said its my fault to do transaction during peak time & advice me to use ballance in my wallet during low shopping time.

i keep bug the fb lazda telling them to give the rebate as it should and apparently he said 7.14pm is earlier than 7pm because i told them ppl posted photo with evidence that 7.1x still can get the rebate, but the lazada cs have to bring down his/her IQ and answer me with a straight face that 7.14 is eariler than 7.00..

those wallet issue and payment stuck so on and so on
please complain also to BNM

best yet, once valid complaint lodge, lazada MUST give answer directly to BNM or license can be revoked.
