how is the status of your order?

i tried to chat with several CS..none of them helpful...keep giving excuses that the lazada wallet stuck is normal...not their problem bla bla..

All cancelled. CS don't help. One CS said its my fault to do transaction during peak time & advice me to use ballance in my wallet during low shopping time.
