Has anyone order Sketcher shoes on LZD during sale before? u get your order?


I placed an order during the Jan sale, and they cancelled my order after 10 days.

I placed an order again during the LZD birthday sale... the order status is still processing. But now start to have a feeling the order will be void again.

It seem like Sketcher/Lzd has no intention to honour whatever discount or promo they advertised on LZD.

after few email with lazada customer service..they still reluctant to compensate me for their suck lazada wallet...even they wont revalidate the voucher that i used on that day..said my purchase didnt use any voucher..knn lazada..will push them to give me voucher again..hahaha..

anyone know why my acc said violating the group play tnc?...its been from first day already..but i can collect and use other voucher..on the tnc its not clear which part that i violated

do you still get $10 off welcome voucher for new signups /account ?

Ya, this is the problem of lazada, after you place order and pay the money, the seller can let the system cancel if they don't click the ship button, or clicked, but cancel by system after 4 week, and the cs will sad for you, nothing done, then life goes on.

Normal, voucher always like that, unless it is special voucher that you obtain from other platform by joining their promotion.

Can be same IP address(like you and your family) join the same group, or same device but difference account, or a duplicate new account to spam using the "new customer" voucher and group play.

Or paid using the same credit card number but difference account, all will lead to violated the TnC.

Maybe you should think again, did you do anything that too strange enough that causing the system think you are duplicate, and yes, using Adblock or ROOT smart phone also count as suspect action for the system.(that placed on US )

And ya, if someone using a duplicate account in your group, and causing the whole group getting ban, YES, possible.

I used my phone logging into 2 different accounts to join group play, I did receive a message saying I violated something something.. Didn't try again after that, so far not coming banned or anything.

Wow.. I didn't know someone who is suspected of having dupped account could cause the whole group getting banned - that's so unfair!

Hmm.. Anyways, that's just my guess, just a brainstorming to find out what did he do, can getting himself half banned(or shadow ban).

As Lazada is a field test for Taobao, I can say lot of thing that I never saw on Taobao had been tested on Lazada, including putting the Verification server on US, so the bot (including normal user la) will having big latency of at least 150ms (450ms if including DNS lookup + TLS hand shaking) for placing every order, collecting every voucher etc.

And yes, Taobao got shadow ban too, like unable to obtain Red packet, then you know you had been shadow ban, but unlike Lazada, you can get unban by behaving as a normal user(purchasing items for few month la).

how does the online banking payment works ? is it in app or need to manual transfer from bank website and include reference number for them to match payment received manually which causes delay in shipping item out

Online banking payment, yup, but you skipped most of the step, so you will only required to.

1. Login to your bank portal
2. Click send TAC
3. Fill in the TAC
4. Confirm
5. Double Confirm
6. Back to Lazada with the result of payment + order status(Price, discount etc)
7. Optional, you can fill in your 16 B Infinite number of your card to receive the point 60 day after order confirm

To earn more cash back, download a app named ShopBack, ask your friend around you that using ShopBack, get the invite link and invite reference code, both will get extra money in your ShopBack, then each time you want to purchase something, open Lazada from ShopBack, once is enough, it will record 99% of your order placed before you closed your Lazada App, so each time you want to purchase something, just open from ShopBack.
(Just saying, they still not providing a shortcut to place on your Phone Launcher to ease the action, kind of stupid for the developer. )

And also, I really recommend you to use your credit card, or your debit card, by using a card to make payment, you will only required to fill in your card number, your Name, expired date, and cvc2.

For your shipping, no, except you are paying using the 7-11 payment method, the seller will be informed after you make payment with the payment confirm page show to you.
