CS claimed bank code can't be applied on promo item, is it true? Now the items I wanted to buy price already increased, really frustrating!

Same here, I can't make payment for the product I want to purchase since midnight. Already cleared cache and logged out many times.. Chatting with CS also didn't help me solve my issue.. Regret topping up my wallet now!

They don't understand the problem. They keep asking me to reinstall the app and click the pay now button. The problem is there's only top up now button for pending orders. Now they ask me to pray and wait for 24 hours

They didn't ask me in uninstall and install app, only clearing cache & log out. Seriously a waste of time! They told me to wait 24-48 hours, I wonder they'd ever update us the status. By then all vouchers already are no more! I thought to buy other items, can't even apply RM17 Lazada voucher cuz it was stuck with the items I can't check out.😠
