MBB fully redeemed so I thought to change another CC - code is available but it didn't deduct so I ended up cancelling my order - how to add new CC? Can't do that in payment option, manually added CC during check out then the discount doesn't apply..

At last I thought to use my Lazada wallet to buy the canx order, but kept receiving error message n told to contact CS. Anyone knows their email address?

can u share the error code ss?

when u made a purchase and cancel multiple time in short period, lazada may detect suspicious activity. if true, u will not able to make any purchase or even topup your wallet

Easier wait working hrs go to their help chat in their site/app I think type word "live chat" to talk to real person.
