That is so wrong.. Called or chatted with them yet..? What did they say?

I've used it once. Yes they'll call but mine called only when he was at my place for pickup and not before. Luckily there was someone home to pass to him.. I told him that he should have called ahead at least to inform around what time he could make it.

Don't scared lah.. Last time I too was scared but now got rep with Lzd and can call to fark em upside down if they give trouble.. Bought big Kitchen appliances from them too.. all good till date. MY ADVICE!!! Do NOT use the wallet for the purchase. Pay directly using your credit card. This way if any issues and they need to refund? Money will get refunded back to your card and not the wallet. Also, try to time the purchase for a day after your statement date. So if any issues, at least you'll have about 2 weeks to keep farking em up till your next statement kicks in..

I'm not proud of it.. It's only as a last resort and I'm polite about it.. As in "Could you kindly pick up the soap"? sort of thing.. .. What to do.. Some CS just don't get the urgency when it comes to refunds. First we have to deal with the disappointment of not getting the item we've been waiting for dunno how long for it, then not getting the money back in time..

Such can happen sometimes... Often it's just a few stations.. Nothing can do from our end, just have to wait it out. Usually resolved from within a few hours or days.

I can't remeber the exact terms, but I do know there was a quota back then.. If you know you "ticked" all the right boxes by topping up to qualify for the rebate? Then I suggest you contact LZD's CS and ask for more info on why you and or how to get the accurate rebate.

As suggested.. It's time to say good bye to that account. Contact CS to tell you want to terminate and they should fully refund you the amount in your wallet.

Yep.. Last return I did.. Got refunded full amount paid, shipping included... Less voucher amount. Vouchers can be revalidated if applicable.

Since you didn't topup the wallet specifically to purchase the item.. What payment method did you use to purchase? Cuz the refund should have gone back there especially if it was by card.

This seems like the refunds went to the withdraw-able section of the wallet. hence one can withdraw.. Can you clarify which payment method you used? Card or bank account? Also did you contact CS about the refunds and if used card, why didn't they refund directly back to the card.

This is what I thought too.. But I guess they've changed tactics recently.. I've gotta be more careful of my purchases then.. Regardless, LZD remains my number one Malaysian e-store to purchase from.. Especially as i'm now familiar with ways to chat up CS to fix things..

Use the online chat feature.. get a live agent and insist on pulling your funds out. Keep insisting this too even if they come up with an SOP response.. If still they refuse, hit up the tribunal and attach the report number on next chat. Complain on pissedconsumer.com alone will NOT get you your money back.. T&Cs are a thing..

How about the whole "I want to close my account and give me my money back"? Same SOP response?

Yeah.. Just focus on that part only.. Apply pressure.. Eventually they'll cave in as they can't simply hold onto your money in their e-wallet.

Awesome.. Freeze or however they want to phrase it.. As long as you get your money back in full within a reasonable period. It's already a win. Up to 14 working days is SOP.. Usually will be refunded in about a week if all goes well on both ends.

Yep.. Weird. Never had that..AFAIK, it should have been triggered by the card issuing bank.
