I've got a similar case too but with gdex.. Claims to have delivered and signed by me. Now opened case to investigate.. Another case with poslaju but item lost in their warehouse.. Sigh..

Personally, I'm fine as long as the items are delivered to the right address. More importantly, is that it's delivered carefully. Frequent shopper here and on first name basis with the 3 LEX guys for my area. Usually, they call ahead to confirm I or someone will be around to receive. Else, I reschedule and they are super polite about it. Got one even deliver twice past 7pm. So unless one lives with untrustworthy housemates..read crooks.. It really shouldn't be an issue la, cuz untrustworthy people shouldn't have access to the insides of your house. Especially if you aren't around. My 2 cents.

NO! You can't mix payment methods. If you have RM1 in wallet and want to use it for RM2 purchase.. Must first topup extra RM1 to make wallet balance become RM2.. Then pay with wallet.

Yup, but in addition to what has been pointed out about bank codes.. Have to be wary, if item cost is too high, you use wallet and it's canceled or returned and refunded? The money will be refunded back to the wallet and not the initial top up method. Means money stuck in wallet and have to be spent on other Lazada items. Can fight for a proper refund, but usually will take much longer and possibly have to delete your account.

This.. I've been buying things for years off Lazada and don't intend to stop anytime soon. Of course, won't keep like thousands trapped in there. A couple hundred is fine.

Dot't forget that the rebated amount has an expiry date too.. So future purchasing still has to be done within the set period else..poof!

I thought so too. Though, I've always made it a point to always return to the app or website immediately after order confirmed... Just incase and so far, no tracking issues.
