I ordered some item on Lazada and my wallet was insufficient money. So I clicked top up but after top up, I cannot pay my order and in my order it shows "TOP UP" option only.

I don't want the order to be cancelled because I am using RM500 voucher for that, I don't want my voucher to be gone.
Please help me, anyone faced this issue before?

Can I transfer back the money from ewallet to my bank account like wechat pay?

Beware guys! Lazada wallet is untrustworthy! My RM70+  which get refunded after my order being cancelled, they didn't refund into my bank account, I thought it's OK as long as I am "holding" the money in Lazada wallet, but turns out it's already expired!

Hi,  do you guys ever have issue with payment on lazada app and desktop browser?

I cant make payment with all methods given.

Every item that i want to pay, it will appear transaction decline by risk scanning.

I already tried using different credit card and debit card. I had tried using online banking such as maybank2u. When i click pay, it straight away appear transaction decline by risk scanning. I cant even log in to online banking yet.

Is lazada block my acc?

I had tried using lazada website and also lazada app on iphone but stil got the same issue.

anyone having this issue? since yesterday when i try to access lazada website, it would shows: Your connection is not secure.

The owner of pages.lazada.com.my has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

PS: I try using other browser but all face similar issue. even using other computer, the problem persist.

Anybody can advise whether Lazada sets any limit for rewards we earn from group pay to use for each purchase? Such as 30% of the item price is applicable.

Let's say my balance details are RM100 (deposits) & RM20 (rebate I earn from Group Play).

When I purchase a RM18 item using E-wallet as payment, does Lazada deduct from RM20 rebate or RM100 deposits? How does it even work?
