BigPay shouldn't come out with PayPass function. Now really digging a deeper hole.

Only 1 out of 16 top-up was suçcessful, the rest got the error msg "Oops, Something went wrong..." after receiving n keying in OTP. Never encountered such high failure.

How come my balance shown top up rm480 = 8 swipes but when I see the individual top up listing ...only can see 7 payment? Which number should I trust?

So whats the best CC to pair with BP? To earn more points other than Maybank cards

Big Pay customer service is pretty useless.... I tried to top up my Big Pay card with RM 1,000. Big Pay app had a message and said error, didn't go through and asked me to try again. So, I did.. 2nd time went through... then 10 minutes later, the 1st one also went through. So now I have RM2,000 topped up.

I emailed support and they said they cannot cancel the topped up since it went through and asked me to withdraw from ATM. I said okay but will Big Pay absorb or waive the RM6 ATM fee... they said No .... they took almost 3 days to respond.

I will file a complaint with BNM

BigPay is so sick! Very amazing exchange rate!!! 

I usually brought stuff from Ebay and pay through the usual way of Paypal.

Today I try to buy something thats about 31USD, and I have 2 options:

1 - Pay RM131.40 as Paypal/Ebay has calculated for me

2- Pay in USD 31 and the banks will settle with me at unknown rate

I decided to try option no.2 just to see whats the difference. The final amount was RM126.70!

For somethings thats about 130 ringgit, I saved nearly 5 ringgit! And I was stupidly paying thousands in the past....

Just sharing my experience here, which is consistent with previous posts from other people.

Last week I topped up my brother's BP using my CC. When I tried to use the same CC (which was already saved in my BP account) to top up my BP, today I got the CVC / Expiry date error, as reported by other users.

I have been using the same CC for both mine and my brother's accounts in the past even after the app update and when other people were reporting about the "CC can only be used on one account" in this thread.  I assume that this means the new rule is being rolled out progressively, so everyone will eventually be on this new system. If you're still able to top up more than 1 account, don't be surprised if you suddenly can't anymore.

Upon contacting CS, they stated that this is a new security measure whereby a CC can only be used on one BP account, as there had been many cases of abuse by people using the same CC on multiple BP accounts. CS stated that once a card has been saved onto the BP account, it will not be able to be used on other BP accounts. He also advised that we should use our own CC for topping up BP, and if we want to "top-up" for others, we are free to use P2P.

Going forward, I'll be abiding by this new rule and only use my CC for topping up my own BP account. Hope we won't see further tightening of CC top up....

I dont understand whats abuse there? Bank allows cash back for spending certain amount.. bigpay allow withdrawal with certain fees... all within the t&c...did not violate any rules...whats the issue? They can anytime revise the t&c if banks or big pay doestnt allow in future but for now all within the rule of games, these are FEATURES not ABUSE

Yes, at first it will show u the amount u can top up after deduct the current balance. After u select ur credit / debit card, it will deny ur top up if u exceeded ur monthly quota.
