First of all: thanks for being one of our earliest adopters!
You’ve been with BigPay for 3 years and it means a lot to us - but it also means that your is BigPay card is expiring in MMYYYY. Don’t worry though: we will automatically send you a brand new one - with contactless payment!
We only need you to do 3 simple things…
1. Either confirm or update your address
To update your address, open your BigPay app and go to Settings > My Profile > Personal details and click on the ✐ next to Shipping address. You will need to do this before ddmmyyyy.
2. Activate your card by chatting with us
Once you have received your card, contact one of our agents. Go to Settings > Support > Chat with us and say that you want to activate your new BigPay card.
3. Set a new PIN for your shiny new card
Simply log out of the app by going to Settings > My Profile > Logout. Once you log in again, you will be prompted to set a new PIN.
