Has anyone got BigPoints for topping up GoPayz? We do received points for reloading Boost, TouchnGo etc right?

Didn't know this all the while I thought they can detect, I'm on Note 8.
Dare not to try on tng though haha since they're so strict, so far only have Boost on my dual app

I have the same experience too. Performed close to 2 weeks ago, the transactions charged to my BigPay card still remain pending.

Normally, at every night, the merchant would have performed settlement at their credit card terminals, and / or their online payment gateway. The transactions should have been settled a few days later, and the merchants would have received the payment minus merchant discount rate and some other fees.

It is unbelievable that the transactions still remain pending, after 2 weeks. I do not believe that the merchants are so generous to allow me to buy their stuff or use their service for free.

Based on what you said, it is more of a glitch on BigPay app.

Yes I knew this. My GPS question was based on lhsu commented that need to open the app while we pay oversea in order to detect the currency n charged accordingly doesn't sound logic to me. I suspected it could be the seller cc terminal issue that set to USD.

The merchant gateway has the function on selecting what currency to post, I saw there was RM and TWD, didn't see any USD option to choose. I am not sure if there is double conversion but after I calculate the posted rate vs TWD rate back to RM, I lost about RM10 because of USD. No idea on what merchant is that, I didn't aware it till getting the transaction notification  few hour after leaving the shop. My experience on other CC is, the bank card will post the transaction based on the currency that selected in merchant machine, you will see 2 column in CC statement which is the posted currency and the converted RM amount.

I'm a bit confused about shopee refund on bigpay. On the 13th I paid 38.90. Then requested for refund. So on the 15th, shopee charge me again then give refund? I meant how come there's two 38.90
