u called digi/umobile to activate? once activate can one. ur phone from where ? if is not malaysia official set (snapdragon) maybe not configured by Digi. Cos they made it model number specific.

Just wondering, is it possible to make credit card payment using bigpay balances? I have no prior credit card experience and currently doing research on how to maximise cash back for my normal monthly expense. I've identified that i can do so by applying credit card from 3 different bank which give high cb rate+decent monthly cap. The problem that i have currently is i would like the expense from the credit card to be reflected in the bigpay app so that i can monitor my monthly expenditure in a centralized area. One way to make payment easier that i can think off is that is there a way to make auto debit payment to the cc using bigpay balances?

May i know what does the CASA and COS stands for? Not to familiar with the term

some may call up the bank prior to traveling overseas to inform the credit card usage. Since BP is not credit card and not governed by bank, is there such need? Will the transaction be decline when attempting payment? Thanks.

do you realised if you spend RM200 on petrol on JOP (after u  top up 2300 on bigpay), you get RM30 for that RM200 = 15% CB?

BigPay app was installed in your smartphone which you brought along, in your overseas trip, right?

And, is it true that BigPay Authorizing Officer never calls you, to check regarding some transactions charged in Malaysia, and some transactions charged in overseas countries?

anybody has problem with bigpay reversing the preauthorization rm4 charge when adding a card?

i chat with a CS named Aqilah, i even showed her the SMS that bigpay charged the rm4 preauthoirzation. but she insisted that there is no such thing and bigpay doesn't charge it. and when i ask to escalate the issue, she refused. BigPayJonathan

yup. problem is the topup source is charged already in the statement but no reversal. so the money either hasn't been reversed by bigpay or the topup source is not updated. and this is after >14days. just wanted to know from bigpay's side if they have reversed it and furnish me some statement, so that i can go after the topup source next. even so, their CS is so poor.
