Not true. I tried topping up with Maybank Barcelona VS with incorrect CCV but failed even though the OTP is correct.

It seems no details on AF waiver criteria, like minimum spending requirement or etc.

Anyone tried the split bill function before? How it works ah? Is it let say I pay dinner for 4 ppl RM40 then i can split with other 3 frens so each of thier BP will auto send me rm10 per person like that?

Doesn't affect BigPay in any way! It's a different product from a different team

What this guy said! We're aware of this issue, all BIG Points will eventually be added up.

You can use your BigPay to pay on AirAsiaGo, but the discounts won't apply on their website!
I know it might seem like "AirAsia = BigPay = BIG Loyalty", but we're 3 different companies with 3 different office BigPay makes a call to BIG Loyalty's API when it comes to BIG Points. In the past few months, their API has been down a few times - and it's impacted the displayed tally of our users' BIG Points in our app. We're not hoping that people forget about their BIG Points and we certainly don't want anyone to have to keep a meticulous track of BIG Points thinking that otherwise, we might try and not credit them to save ourselves a few ringgits. What I'll say is: everything is automatically tracked and recorded on our side, and the correct tallied amount will automatically be updated in your app as soon as everything is fixed, for all our users - including the ones that didn't notice & notified us about their BIG Points. If I could give you a precise and detailed timeline, I would. But unfortunately, I can't - and that's me being as transparent as possible. I understand where you're coming from and the feeling, I'm just trying to present an accurate view of how things are and why they're like that. I hope you can understand as well! In any case, I thank you for your patience in this matter!
