I guess most likely insufficient fund in your wallet. The wallet max limit of balance is rm10k.

Because someone have report u can swipe more than your wallet balance 1 time. Might be swipe too much triggered security alert bah. My mom cc suddenly swipe few thousands several times in a same place also get blocked. I don't know his/ her spending pattern. only cs can answer.

I met fraud before =USD 1. However the transaction didn't go through because I freeze my card all the time when I'm not using. I get my card replacement for free. Maybe u can try another cs.

I also failed to top up boost but no problem in retail spending. You may found the answer in support live chat. Seem something went wrong and they are fixing it.
