use to be like that for my past 8 referral rewards, somehow my 9th referral, register > top up RM20 > card delivered and activated on 2 Oct > i did not get RM10 but my friend already get RM10 which now he have RM30 in his bigpay account, **still not get the RM10 rewards

this should be the correct one, how come some people claim the person we refers need topup twice

the top up RM20 need to be done before bigpay start making the card and deliver... it should not be top up twice, even the bigpay website not stated like this

i believe the only problem with BP similar to Debit card, when we get charge, our money get deducted smile.gif unlike credit card, after you reported fraud to bank, you have not pay yet.. how many days gonna wait is... well okay sweat.gif

so thats why need to be more careful, can understand how people feel when the money which is already deducted.

difficult to compare to credit card fraud because we have not pay yet smile.gif just my 2 cents

you need to understand why BP rate is better
use this master card calculator https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/consumers/g...t-currency.html
BP will be very close to this calculator on the date of transaction, because it is 0% for Bank Fee, if you use any other credit card, there will be Bank Fee, usually 1-3%

end up we get a better rate from BP due to 0% of Bank Fee charge

usually how long a failed transaction will be reverted back to bp? i have reload to Grab using bp, but Grab App show failed (no money going in), bp show pending with the reload amount sweat.gif

bigpay so greedy, i reload RM600 once yesterday, dont have error or anything, go through at once, they posted twice to bank and my bank unbilled transaction appear 2x RM600 sweat.gif
i have call up bank they ask me to contact bigpay as well sweat.gif in the mean time bank will file dispute transaction for the duplicate transaction

in fact i dont get RM600 twice in my bigpay, only one x RM600 doh.gif

i called pbb, the customer service guy told me bigpay posted twice doh.gif
then i contact bigpay, the customer service said they recorded once only... and my bigpay balance is tally for 1x transaction, not 2x
ask me the get the transaction code from public bank for the double posted transaction

i call pbb again, the other customer service guy said pbb will resolve this, I no need to give bigpay transaction code

no idea whats wrong, could be pbb system problem, the pbb customer service (2nd time i called to get transaction code), telling me not to worry, he knows what happen and will resolve from their end sweat.gif

if you have similar case, better call pbb, their card service customer support is 24 hours

seems quite some peoples get into this problem, if happened to be different bank, could be bigpay issue...

bigpay customer support email show me the bigpay transaction records, only 1 x transaction, somehow pbb captured posted twice, not sure is bigpay issue or pbb issue
bigpay need the two transaction code to invest further, but since pbb customer support told me they will settle for me, i will wait a week to check with them again.

yes, mine also 29th Apr reload to bigpay, seems quite many have this issue from bigpay.

maybe those reload to bigpay from 28-30 Apr need take note and check bank statement earlier.

sweat.gif you have 3 transactions double charge become 6? i have two reload btw 29-30, only one transaction caught double posted from bigpay, bank already informed me that is bigpay issue, but bigpay trying to divert it to bank by claiming they need the statement

some one from bigpay have to be seriously looking at this matter BigPayJonathan

there could be many more victims that some people do not actually check unbilled statement so frequent.

yea, the bigpay CS ask me to provide TPT, but my pbb credit card, I called up, they said I dont have to submit dispute form, they will file dispute and settle for me.
when this seems clearly bigpay issue, they seems reluctant to investigate and further telling us to provide so much info
seems bigpay is the culprit, someone inside did something illegal? dry.gif can we lodge a police report since many victims here dry.gif

p/s: latest update after I login to my pbb cc statement to check unbilled transaction, one of the transaction is CR back to me (date 1 May), unsure whether is pbb do something or bigpay

Yes, the double charge has been refund, at least to me

dont think the refund CR is done on 29 Apr, because from credit card credit limit balance, it does not reflect the right balance
for example, if i have 5k limit, when i reload on 29 Apr, even the 600 not appear in unbilled statement, for most bank, the credit limit balance will become 4400
but last night i check, the credit limit become 3800, thus, alert me what goes wrong, and a check in unbilled statement, I noticed double posted of 600 (which is 2x 600)

I have login pbb this afternoon, the CR (refund) is not posted, and the credit limit balance still 3800, until just now evening, I logged in again, notice there is a CR entry, at this moment the credit limit balance is 4400 (which it suppose to be since I only made one transaction 600)

to me, I dont think the CR is done on 29 Apr, could be today but might due to the reverse of previous double posted transaction, it follow the transaction date 29 Apr (1 May as posting date)
