And if refer all members’ commented, I will call bank to raise dispute case later then, by the way mine one was Citibank.

I got my CR too after informing pbb, but it's in next month statement, means I need to pay the double charge first.  bigpay is so messed up 

Has anyone gotten a call from BigPay? I think I have just gotten a scam call.

A guy called using whatsapp to my number, claiming that he is from BigPay-Airasia, and wanted to get the 6 digit OTP sent to my phone. I checked and there is indeed an OTP sent from number 62000.

Gosh this is super scary. Imagine if this happens to my parents. How did those guys get our number.

But what can they do if i give them my OTP? Just wondering.

Think I will no longer using this card until there is better promo. Thinking to cancel my JOP too.

Implement 2FA like all other banks. BigPay is the only one with only 1 factor of authentication out there.

Asking for password will seriously thwart scammers because it's more intuitive to most people so they don't give away their passwords easily.

I think AirAsia just wants to offer full stack services for migrant community here. They will use AirAsia to fly to and from their home country, use BigPay to remit their income home, use TuneTalk IDD to call home etc.

1. this depends on the credit card itself. i know for sure PBB cards still take bigpay as online, please check the individual credit card threads.
2. yes can. online transfer is limited to 1k per month.

4. 1k for online transfer, usually 1-2 working days. for online transfer it is 0.50 per withdrawal. alternatively you can withdraw from atm for RM6 per withdrawal, up to 10k per month.

I don't think there is a 10k monthly withdrawal limit via ATM... At least not as far as I recall.

So i guess how the data is leaked to scammers is due to some inside job or bad employees that sold it to unscrupulous parties? If such scam is prevalent among most users here then it speaks alot about the integrity of BP employees lol. I have actually tot of the MAE card by maybank but that has an annual fee of rm8 and i think the forex isnt as competitive as bp.

anyone knows how to check exact expiry date? on my card it says 11/21 which november is like 24 hours away and bigpay hasn't email or contact me about sending a new card; someone in twitter said they'll send it 2 weeks before it expires
