made a card replacement since 19/3. Until today not yet receive the card....
Evrytime when u ask the cs for update, they will tell u all kind of their own make up story (either ur card is printed already,waiting delivery OR still under processing OR need check with backend team which never reply). The card tracking page only appear until i find jonathan for help (3/4/19).
From my experience, BP CS word's cannot trusted at all. Talk to 4 different agent, all told my card had been printed. But in my app, the card is still in printing stage. Got 1 even promise that i will receive the card today

But when i trying to find the same agent again, she tell me she need will check with the backend team and dissapeared.
For those who planning on card replacement, please make sure you able to see the tracking status page under the card section. If not able to see, means your card replacement is hanging somewhr in the space and good luck for chasing them for actual update.
