any1 able to use bigpay for lazada purchase now? it says cannot process payment...

edit: after check with the cs, need remove card and pay using new card only can works orz

you mean you unable to top up using same cc for 2 diff bigpay acc? or the cc dissapear from one of the bigpay account. I notice that those cc that i use in diff bigpay acc is disappeared and only 1 acc with most recent reload remains.

Using android and I still can top up using cc that not belongs to the bigpay acc though.

chat with BP CS just now. According to him, the first 1 that use the CC will consider "owner" of the cc. Others account that use the same cc will have the cc removed and unable to add back....

Owner can appeal to whitelist the cc however, according to him only cc owner can use the cc to reload his / her OWN account.

"Please be informed that upon the latest update of our App on 21/2/2019 - 1 card payment method can only be saved in 1 App. Please be informed in this scenario, you may need to consider the other source of top up."

But my Display Name for my CC is my preferred name which is normally not same as per NRIC.

No idea i didnt proceed to appeal whitelist the card, so not sure how they verify. Maybe GG d if your cc name not same with the IC?

I guess this will be the bad news for those that fully use up the cc quota and there is promotion like PBB CB4U coming in ,since only 1 card can be use in 1 account and cc limit is set at 10k.

Not sure on the guideline breach but since they allow the cc owner to appeal for unblock the cc i guess its fine. The thing worries me is that will they go through each cc in the BP and block them if we do the appeal lol.

They should have announce this earlier so we can do the necessary arrangement rather than go through the tedious appeal process. Their workaround for transfer is kinda useless as it only able to transfer 2k per day and it will use up the cc owner cc top up quota. To overcome this, need apply supp for the family member and bear the SST cost sounds nono for me lol

All the feature user asking (withdrawal to bank , amex support, spay support) not implemented yet but sneak in all the unnecessary feature lol. I wondering whats the "new thing" they promised in Feb, dont tell me is the 1 cc per user restriction lol.

IIRC, its them to say can use other cc to reload for other BP account since its validated by OTP d in the beginning but now suddenly say cannot without proper notice.

is the cc you trying to use for reload is being use in other bigpay acc? if yes, you will need to reach out to cs to unblock the cc. Do note that by unblock the cc, the original bigpay acc that using the cc wont be able to use ur unblocked cc.

Effective January 2019, you cant reload bigpay using cc that not belongs to you according to the cs.

yep this is the new policy that bigpay introduce in end of january without any notice / announcement. Is your credit card being used in someone else BP acc?

If you insist using that cc to top up, you will need to contact the cs and ask them to "release" the cc. Otherwise, can use the p2p feature

do the replacement in last tues(19/3) and didint receive yet until today. Seems quite slow for the replacement even tho i am in KV

There is status tracking in the app? Mine after login, juz show normal interface except the balance there mentioned "Blocked".
Ytd when i ask cs for update, they told me card printed, waiting citylink to pick up.
Today when i asking for the tracking no, they told me still in processing and didnt mentioned any ETA until i pushing the cs for some meaningful update, only they told me will send the card today.


Hopefully i no need to check with them again on monday. dry.gif

mine only show like this. Hopefully saw receive by next Monday else it really taking too long for a replacement.
Funny the new application process only take 4-5 working days to get the card and replacement take like double of the time lol in same location.

update on this: last friday, the cs promise me that the card will be sent on tat day. Today when i chat with the cs to get the tracking no, they giving me the same reply "your card is being processed atm" again!!! Meaning the previous 2 cs that i contacted is lying about the progress?

Even tho pushing the cs for an actual update, the cs still unable to give me an actual update on my progress now. The feeling cs give me not really professional and didnt take the complain seriously.

Really regret on the upgrade now...

paid tnb using bigpay just now. After keyin the OTP, the tnb app stucked at the processing screen for very long time(20min, at last need to force kill it)

Amount deducted on Bigpay but didnt reflect on the tnb app. Any1 have experience on this ? Should i proceed to pay for second time?

made a card replacement since 19/3. Until today not yet receive the card....
Evrytime when u ask the cs for update, they will tell u all kind of their own make up story (either ur card is printed already,waiting delivery OR still under processing OR need check with backend team which never reply). The card tracking page only appear until i find jonathan for help (3/4/19).

From my experience, BP CS word's cannot trusted at all. Talk to 4 different agent, all told my card had been printed. But in my app, the card is still in printing stage. Got 1 even promise that i will receive the card today biggrin.gif

But when i trying to find the same agent again, she tell me she need will check with the backend team and dissapeared.

For those who planning on card replacement, please make sure you able to see the tracking status page under the card section. If not able to see, means your card replacement is hanging somewhr in the space and good luck for chasing them for actual update. console.gif

fail to make payment @familymart around 2pm. Tried 3 time , all with incorrect pin although i quite sure the pin is correct. I even try to reset the pin and use again but still failed

Any1 encounter similiar situation?
