bp cs always say their side no issue ask contact bank
bank check they already approve but bp side deny

Did u reply the sms from bank to verify the transaction?

Recently been getting many sms to almost all transactions done on scb card.

Personally do appreciate that effort but finding it kinda annoying.

Yepp - mine keeps failing too.  I called HLB CS and they said the transaction rejected and cancelled at merchant side.

Until today then only I know there have something like this. No wonder I never heard of something like late settlement happen in other credit card.

Bp might be a bit lack behind as compare to credit card of traditional bank as they are relatively new so their system might need to fine tune but so far it is serving me well and this is the only and weird incident happen to me personally over 3 year plus of using it if not mistaken.

Yes it does.. It works so well that refunds don’t come in either. So use the freezing feature wisely.
