Hmm, this BigPay app support is really 😅 are we able to contact them elsewhere? My phone normally locks itself then become missed chat 🤦‍♂️

Need to ask for my contact less replacement and also my pending transactions from 11.11 🥺

So I talked to the CS to replace my card to contact less... said will proceed but I wonder how long will it take before my card will be frozen?

Been using BigPay with Lazada eWallet top up all this while, was trying to buy something but the transaction is being declined by bank. Is something wrong with the server? Tried 3 times =/.

I didn't noticed there was an app update to be honest, iOS auto updated not sure when.

EDIT: Definitely before app update... this procedure looks so diff now. Oh well, no more spin and win anymore sad.gif.

So wanted to buy item from Shopee cause cheaper than Lazada due to free postage, BigPay card was rejected sad.gif. Deleted it and then it worked. Weird... it was working fine all this while, but then again been sometime since I last bought from Shopee.

Haven’t been buying from Shopee much recently but the only way to use BigPay seems to delete card and add back then it works. But if not it doesn’t?

Weird, I just noticed I'm only getting notifications when I open BigPay app... like my purchase notifications etc. I'm on iOS, is this due to latest app update?
