Anyone recently managed to top up ShopeePay with BigPay? Seems like CyberSource does not allow prepaid Mastercard now sad.gif

Ahh, I was doing housekeeping on my Shopee card list, deleted everything and now I can't add back nor do the top up ShopeePay. Talked to BigPay chat, they said CyberSource policy don't allow prepaid MasterCard. So only able to use direct pay Shopee.

I tried with my other CC, with the RM0 OTP was able to add into save list. Maybe for BigPay need some value to add into list again, will try that later. Thanks!

They probably just comb through the list of data leakages, remember all we need to login the account is handphone number and well that OTP. Once they gain access they can transfer your money out.

Usually if a new card is otw, old one is frozen until you activate the new one. Or could it be it was another person's card?

Just kena BigPay scam call LOL, new iOS 14 update didn't show the caller icon cause it was a small banner... when I picked up it was BigPay logo. That guy can't speak Mandarin, only Malay/English lmao. Went ahead and troll kao the fella.

Agree, BigPay should just remove the withdrawal feature or just up the fee higher so that they earn from it laugh.gif it is a form of "advance cash" after all.

I miss consolidated my cards now dry.gif. Back to manual tracking of which case to use where.

Back then with the MC, it was a good option to withdraw money from ATM at foreign country. Pretty competitive rates, what about now with Visa?

I need to go Mexico, this I will bring some USD to exchange for peso and also don’t plan hand carry a lot. Want to use BigPay perhaps when available or to take money out.
