 Anyone had this issue? My balance is showing RM0 and my transactions cannot get through. Contacted CS few days ago and the SOP reply was given. Then I proceed to spam them, they ignore me. RM300++ is no small joke if they decide to just eat it like this. |

Anyone realised when you log in BigPay app and you start seeing the notification at the bottom saying "your new card will be printed soon" eventhough your card is still far from expiring/just renewed?
I tapped it, and then it brings me to the Qatar virtual card but then there's no info on if it's being printed or not. |

Careful guys, bigpay usually don't question my transactions and now they are questioning already. Even reloading RM3k to their wallet also need send bank statement, record la etc etc. Wonder why the sudden question. I have a few friends around me kena d within the past few days.
