He should receive it already. BP side slow to reflect. I usually get it by 8 or 9pm same day if b4 12pm. BP always reflect like 2-3 days or more after the deal is done.

This is the type of people jus simply reading the T&C and assuming things.

Read properly. Don’t simply bantai conclusions. They mentioned CASH TOP UP, not credit/debit card top up.

As for the “No use also they charge”, they have exclusively BOLDED the sentence “Waived Until Further Notice”. This T&C has been there since day 1. It’s nothing new.

Don’t go around simply accusing/calling others cheeky bastards. When you signed up for the product/service, you checked the checkbox where YOU AGREED to their T&C. So, because of this, who’s the cheeky bastard here? You can just simply ping us here and ask us if this is real/enforced or not. Don’t need go around screaming words that are unkind to the ears and eyes.

Call them to unblock it. Heck you can even call them straight away once it was blocked. SOMETIMES, it will be blocked again after 1 reload so if you are planning to do multiple reloads, hold the CS on the line until you finish ALL of your reload.

MAE can use CC reload? BP's so far reason they are surviving in the game is because they offer CC reloads, withdrawals and low xchange rate.

Yes. Only for overseas transaction. For instance, I would think I only need RM100 for today's transaction @ X currency but when the settlement is done, maybe the forex rate increases and it will show in my BigPay as "-RM1.00"

Forgotten when I requested for a new card but from what I know, it's this month (Nov 2021).
Until today (28/11) already status "Ready for delivery" since I think 1-2 weeks ago.

For me, no urgency la cos my current expires in Jan 2022 but it's really weird that they are delaying the delivery.
Mine's using "Teleport" as their courier. Looks like it's an AA company's courier.

Did your (2) got it already? Mine expiring this month and they are still delivering it since November 2021 while I see other new members are getting their card when they already activate theirs in Dec 2021. I can't even create the virtual card.
