Is this thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4670024/+3380 ?
I search bigpay but cannot find any
*
Not the latest thread. I think if you search in this thread, you'll find a couple posts about Time as well but you'll need to go through quite a number of posts since "time" is a very broad term.

Having some issues with the app. I did a withdrawal on  the 30th May from the card and balance was 0. Today earlier mrn, another withdrawal shown in app for same amount and same place and balance showing - amount.

Assuming this is some backend error but anyone experience this before?
*
Should be the usual culprit again where the bank performed some kind of reconciliation & triggered the false withdrawal. This has been reported a couple times & it should be reversed shortly later. If you're worried, reach out to BP CS & they should be able to sort it out for you right away.

so means spend RM1000 from August 31 and get CB on 30 Sep and forever get the CB one month late?
i rather spend on 21st after statement date on 20th of each month and get CB ahead of next statement.
*
You should head over to the FCB thread to understand the CB mechanism better.

Basically instead of spending RM3500 to get a total CB of RM150 (May + June), this trick will allow you to spend just RM1500 to get the same amount of CB.

what amount u got? RM3000? so far only some hlb atm can dispense RM4000 as max, and scb like around 3200 or 3400 as max
*
HSBC highest is RM3000 & you'll need to look for the ATM with RM100 label.

how is adding bigpay watermark not proper?

im not comfortable with uploading my ic online was hopping there are some offline/hardcopy method
*
It's part of KYC so I guess if you're not comfortable with it then the next best thing is not to use BP.

There has been some success stories in the past where forum members uploaded a copy of NRIC with watermark but I think that's no longer accepted.

Hi Guys,

How do you browse through your transactions on the home page? did you know about the search button? What types of filters would like to use?
*
To be frank, I wasn't aware of the search icon on top right. If you're looking to implement filters, I think most of us would love to have a filter that caters to the merchant's MCC code. sweat.gif

We still have many other cards so yeah, additional RM28 per month won't hurt though. But yes foresee more people will cancel JOP soon.

Anyone has issue withdrawing money from HSBC ATM? And anyone know which ATM can withdraw 3K and above per transaction? I search through the entire discussion thread (don't think I miss out any entry lah), and looks like the information shared earlier may be already outdated. So if anyone knows which ATM allows 3K and above of withdrawal each time, can share the detail like which bank and also location?
*
You gotta at least tell us your location unless you're travelling all over the country.

HSBC ATM that dispenses RM100 notes usually comes with a label that you can easily see while queuing up. For Penang, both HSBC branches at Beach Street & Queensbay are able to dispense 30 * RM100 notes.

I dont think there is a clear guide line how many times a person should withdraw n re Q again. But it is a good practise do not withdraw the cash unnecessary thru BP frequently as this is not a "good " practise according to some saints here. tongue.gif

going taiwan next month, wonder can utilize BP over there. think not gonna withdraw over there, as need to look for atm that got no charges, and if withdraw smaller amount seems not worth the trouble after adding the RM10 withdrawal charges. So think gonna swipe the  card whenever possible and see how its like.
*
If you search for keyword "taiwan" in this thread, you'll get a lot of success stories.

There's a security flaw that you guys need to fix as soon as possible.

I tried to top up to my bigpay account with an invalid ccv of my credit card and it manage to topup regardless. There's an OTP validation though, but why bother with the ccv code if its not required.
*
Actually that's the problem with your bank cards, nothing to do with BigPay. We've identified a few cards that had such issue in this thread so it's not a new discovery. biggrin.gif

Sometime merchant also pity one. just like me, i applied for terminal for the ease for customer. but then sometime the margin really so low until i couldnt afford and will tell the customer "ah, we no machine already now", i hide the terminal inside the drawer. actually is sometime choose to let client swipe card or not.

Especially in my field, electrical item. 1 kdk ceiling fan margin is RM 1-3 ringgit with the price of RM13x. If use credit card then it's gg~ if you sell higher, different RM0.50 also they keep silent and leave. sometime with the i buy many sets! extra discount storiesss bla bla bla and buying 3set is their so call many sets.

i tried few times explain to customer, margin very low and cant afford to use card, if use will charge 2%. some is ok, some even so fuzzy and said wanna complain BNM, report to consumer rights this and that. try so hard to explain in very good manner but kept being attack and like seek for argument. there is one time almost wanna fight with me and end up, i just tell the customer, ok, i dont have credit card machine. pay cash or leave. finish story. kik sim...
*
So for you, the availability payment via CC is based on what items you're selling while the one we're disputing are those stores that insist on minimum payment of RM50 in order to use our CC, which are two different things.

Correct me if I'm wrong but for the latter, whether our payment is <RM50 or >RM50, the merchant will still be charged a certain percentage by Visa / Mastercard right? So in the end, it doesn't really matter at all because the % is fixed.

So for those merchants that impose a minimum spending to use credit cards, I believe their thinking is that, if you purchase anything lower than RM50, then you pay cash and that would be 0% extra cost for them.
*
So RM50 is just like a magical number that they decided to use eh? Kinda silly to ruin your probability of having a returning customer by coming up with shit like this.

Nah, I didn't even receive any notifications when I used the card so pretty sure something's wrong with it.

7 people waiting in the BP CS queue, that's like the most I've ever seen so far. sweat.gif

EDIT: BP CS advised to uninstall the app, reboot the phone & reinstall it. Problem persists. sweat.gif

Weird, I just noticed I'm only getting notifications when I open BigPay app... like my purchase notifications etc. I'm on iOS, is this due to latest app update?

Been having issue getting transaction notifications since 15th June.
