Try using your mobile instead. Remember to delete the existing record of BP card you have first prior to paying & enter the BP card info again.

update on this.

Once u keyin 3 time wrong pin, your card will be blocked for all payment(be it online / offline) and you can still use the app normally(e.g. transfer fund /reload). However, there is no indication that the card is blocked in the app.

Calling CS wont help because they unable to see your card being blocked or not and they cant unblock it. You can only wait 24 hours to let the card unblocked itself.  sweat.gif  sweat.gif  sweat.gif
*
But you mentioned you keyed in the correct pin? Or was it on previous transactions? Just genuinely curious on this mechanism.

Yes - I encountered this too since Friday.

As mentioned by the others, this is nothing new. It's an ongoing, random, intermittent issue that's been plaguing Boost for some time now.

Some of us can top-up Boost using BP without any issue while some can't. None of us has yet to be able to pinpoint the root cause other than ensuring that your BP card is registered to a single Boost account only.

Hi Guys,
i plan to apply this card but i am not very clear how this card serves us best?
Do i perform the reload using CC and then make my payments to enjoy the rebate from the CC when doing the reload?

Or do i reload using the CC and withdraw the cash to enjoy it , but it seems this is warned not to be done in the first page.
*
Reload BigPay using cashback credit cards & then make payment using BigPay.

Same here.

But it seems like my Cashback CC are not entitled for cb when topup to this card.
So, If your CB CC cant be used to topup this card, theres no way other way to enjoy this card?
*
Which particular cashback CC are you referring to? You can actually get a list of cashback CCs that are "compatible" with BigPay in the first post of this thread.

Apart from using BigPay to obtain cashbacks, BigPay itself does come along with perks like 0% commission on foreign exchange purchases, real-time transaction postings in the app & more which you can read more in the first post.

My card is not on the list in the first page.
*
Then there's a high chance that your card will not land you any cashback for BP reload.

Maybe you'll want to consider applying for one or two from the list?

Recently seen ptptn push for BP too.

So I had SSPN I PLUS which auto debit from my CASA.

Is that possible to re route to auto debit from BP? Last time I ask which is around 3 years back, they say can't use CC. Only auto debit from CASA.

Anyone recently tried out auto debit with PTPTN?
*
Wrong section, head over to https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1819492 for SSPN related question.

Quick answer: yes, you can use CC for SSPN-i Plus.

Did anyone success perform SSPN deposit (top-up) using BigPay as Debit Card? I read from their website mentioned Debit Card can be use, but over the counter.

I would think Debit Card referring to ATM card that bear the logo of MyDebit, which usually  associate with Mastercard.

You'll get your answer here by searching the thread with keyword "bigpay".

They had maintenance scheduled for 3 hours but I guess they didn't push the notification via app. doh.gif

Seems to be the case. I can't see any of my accounts in the website while in the app, there's a small notification indicating that they're working on getting the app up & running again.

My time internet auto debit failed for this month, last month auto debit was done on 17 apr, anyone experienced the same?
*
I have 2 Time accounts tied to the same BP card. First Time account got charged accordingly but the second Time account which just had its autodebit subscribed didn't get charged accordingly until yesterday. Funny thing is when I checked Time self-care for the second account, it still shows as unpaid. doh.gif

I just got off the chat with BP CS to request for the card statement to escalate to Time.

Also, if you just subscribed to Time autodebit with BP card, check for the notorious additional RM1 charge by Time.

Can you come up with a way to better display the type of transactions? Case in point, I woke up to the below unrecognized transaction & I think it's pretty obvious that this is an outgoing transaction that was somehow rejected / reversed.
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

I went on a chat with BP & was told that this is actually a refund settlement instead that was somehow tied to my previous purchase that took place last month. So in a way, without contacting CS, I have no way of knowing that this is actually an incoming transaction, not outgoing. sweat.gif

Time but somehow some of their CS are unaware of this issue. You'll get more complaints if you browse the Time thread & search for BigPay.
