I'm using the BigLoyalty Apps. I just check BigLoyalty website , the final call sale to Nha Trang not in the website list but its in the apps  :confused:

EDIT: Also, 7x4000 means she's not using BigPay to withdraw, since BigPay is max 10k =) Even if she has 3 BP cards for some reason still not enough.

Those loan-sharks are using borrower's ATM cards to withdraw cash on paydays.
But it is not a payday today. 

Why can't be by debit card? I think that's more likely than using BigPay. Especially since if using BigPay you'd normally want to redeposit immediately (especially if carrying 28k)

Withdraw 2 x 4k is as bad as withdraw 7 x 4k. U also should stop it as well.

I didn't meet this kind of person in atm but i met in hlb cheque deposit machine with whole bag of cheques waiting for him because only 1 Machine available and I only want to process 1 cheque. Sometimes the guy see me will let me to use first.

Ya I know so i didn't say anything to that person. The very big problem if he make 1 by 1 into the same account since the machine allow to deposit 20-30 cheques at once.

Even LHDN website is charging 0.8% for processing fees to use credit cards. So, I'm not sure how government can penalise LHDN?

Same goes to AA, of course if we use BP no processing fees.
