Reload TnC ewallet on 11 Nov but fail. BP side deducted but till now still showing "Pending" status. TouchnGo wallet customer service told me will take up to 4 to 5 days for reversal to BP card. BP customer service told me yesterday that they will escalate the issue their team to check. How long usually take to solve?

you cant blame them, BNM are overwhelmed by complaints.

i know a person that reports to bnm few times monthly, not because of frauds, but due to didnt receive cashbacks.

BigPay is funny. They took their time when sending me the physical card. The card was just sitting there in KL and not being delivered for a long time.

3 days ago, I finally got my physical card but didn't activate it yet. Now, BigPay is sending me a notification every day, "Have you received your card? Activate it now." I'm taking my time also.

is bigpay sending money using cc to another bigpay has been block?

What should I do when bigpay keep popping up this message - please use a different method or contact your bank for support, while I tried to add a new card on it. Or bigpay recently got problem? Long time not using it ady
