But OTP, general rule of thumb is for you to key in after you request it, not to be read and given to someone else or key in if you never requested for it.

man they never give up. card replacement also they exploit.

i'm guessing to ensure your bigpay account is operated by you. FPX reveals the name of the owner of the bank account. if bank account name != bigpay name, suspicious activity and need to block your account for your safety loh. and if you're operating friends and family's bigpay account, it's highly unlikely they will give you their bank login.

i didn't receive that notice. last month only I FPX in, or whatever method Bigpay use to transfer in cash from bank. i feel innocent.gif already

yes your memory is correct. i think they used their discretion for immediate family back then, and dont know if it changed recently. Sometimes, their system is buggy and refuse topups. You can try again tomorrow or days later.

Seems like they've waived international transfer fee (for eternity?) to some countries. No fees to Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand
