Done report to both.. next 1 hours after report i got call from tnb say that its their app problem and they already fix that.. so no problem with bigpay..
P.s - tnb is quite good in handling their customer report.. very fast n efficient

it doesn't matter when it deliver, the system only detect when the request is made

i know based on month, but which month? submission date (month) or processed / delivered date (month)?

im having problem to reload BP with my saved card.

Eventually, i removed all the card, and now, cant even add the same card.

Both sides denied any problem from their sides, and i can confirm all card not blocked by bank.
How to solve this ?

I just found out a potential security flaw, already report to the support and they say they will look into it.

Kinda hard for me to explain it by words but basically, I just realised that when I'm topping up my BP, after i chose the card i saved, when BP ask for the cvv number for verification purpose, even tho I key in the wrong cvv number, it will still bring me into the page where i have to key in the OTP number.  In end I can top up my BP successfully despite keying in the wrong cvv since the very beginning.

I also encounter similar issue. Went to withdraw at usual HLB branch ATM, transaction successful, pressed for receipt but nothing came out (no cash, no receipt), balance deducted. Freaked out a little but transaction reversed while chatting with CS officer. They initially asked me to wait for 7 days for the reversal or any update of Settled status. CS officer also advised to press Saving when withdraw.

i am trying to withdraw money from ATM but it seem i can only withdraw maxinum rm1500 per transaction, if i withdraw multiple time then i need to pay rm6 per transaction, any solution ?

It has been a while since I accessed my BigPay app, and just did this morning. I've a money request from one Matthew Leong Wu Han of RM0.27 with Merchant Name = Global Tax Free Company. Anybody knows what this is? I've rejected the request since I've no idea who this guy or merchant is.

I conclude they want to contain fraud. If scammer get your car's detail they can add your card to many different BP account. Scammer need to do is find as much BP account to maximise the amount.

Who's the Trustee who hold the funds in our BigPay card ?

I have received 2 calls from Bigpay Whatsapp scammer from last month. They know your name and phone number, they will asking your postcode and IC last 4 digits.
Then now I only use BigPay card to pay my TNB bill, feel no safe with BigPay.

stupid selfish people earn the pity cash cause them to reduce the cc reload amount.
