Is this just the fee that the card association charges, or is it the card association charges + interexchange fees? If it impacts interexchange, I can foresee the banks reducing their rewards programs.

i had this scare when withdraw for the first time, at hlb, saturday evening summore, if stuck gone case lioa for the weekend

it was an atm/cdm machine, luckily spit out after awhile 

from then onwards i only withdraw during banking hours lol

this morning got some hiccup on the OTP side, normally i just airplane mode and off it then only the SMS will receive if the OTP fail to receive within 10sec.
but this morning after 4th transaction the SMS is not coming in even though i do the same action and also try to request few times again but still unable to get it...
then i just wait for around 5 minutes all the previous OTP just stormed in...
then i faster complete the other 4 transactions...
guess some problem on Umobile side...

Bigpay is not applicable to withdraw using public bank ATM ? I tried and it hang at processing . Then I press cancel button luckily card ejected out

well, what I found is, major currency rate, xe.com rate is HIGHER than the famous mid valley's money changers' rate, but just higher very little only..

please kept in mind that, not all ppl can go to midvalley to exchange money.., other money changers at the areas that I lepak around all higher than XE.com rate..

if at other places money changers then I dunno...

this card is quite useful if you buy from website that charge in foreign currency...

it seems Hong Leong CRM machine should allow to withdraw max RM4k one shoot, IF it has enough RM100 notes inside the machine.

tried withdrew 4K just now in puchong jaya branch, no issue.

On thursday night when i tried withdrawing 3.5k at seri kembangan hlb, it failed. I have withdrawn 3.5k previously from here, so i suspect the atm ran out of rm100 note

I really hate Shopee now. Credit card disappeared, managed to add  BP and paid then server error. So how should I get my refund now? They will do it automatically for my BP right?

An update for Shopee issue. It seems I can add back BP into Shopee though the payment gateway is Cybersource. Unfortunately, 1111 sales has ended.

I try to withdraw 6k but only able to get 3k the subsequent 3k shows ~ "you have exceeded the withdrawal limit for today". I try another withdrawal of 1.5k after that and is successful.

Anybody willing to share any ATM that can withdraw 4k in one shot around PJ? Most of HLB ATM can no longer spit 4k in one single withdrawal, only max to 2k. I'm referring to the "recycle machine" that can support both ATM and CDM. Thanks in advance.

yes ninja means an act done without people knowing, and yes it is missing money in my case.

BP statement showed a 1.5k transaction charged to BP without any details. in app, no such charges, in the excel export from app, no such charges. no charges was hide in the app too. so this 1.5k is magic done by BP system.

i mention my account was not tally ask the cs to check and the cs keep asking me provide information. funny la, the cs not willing to check, actually he never bother to check at all.

best part is CS accuse me not given the transaction details. they likely think we the user are god to them because i would have know beforehand that a charge that does not appear in app, or excel export, and only appear in their statement which we will not have it unless we ask BP to provide. because probably only god can predict on which day BP decide to ninja charge its user.
