if there is a method out there, just want to let more people to get more initiative to google to get the answer rather than sitting there waiting for answer.

I don't like uncertain answer. what did you mean points will eventually add up? We are suppose to keep tracking daily? Eventually means a week, a month, a year or might be longer until we forgot. I had feedback to your cs 3 days ago and the missing points have been credit, but i don't like to keep complaint each time to beg for points. I hope you can understand.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do, by being here on this forum. Nobody made me, but I choose to. It's not easy everyday, and I do it on top of my regular tasks. To give you a bit of context on why I care so much and why I want BigPay to be better than a bank... Two stories:

1. Back in Europe, I worked for the largest bank of "a very rich country". I was there on a 6 months assignment to deliver a very expensive 5 years plan. "How to transform (this bank) in order to provide and truly simple, integrated, frictionless digital experience to customers." One day I'm looking at global numbers and something doesn't make sense: every year that bank had less & less customers, but every year they kept on making more money. I asked the highest official I could find. He laughed: "We just keep on increasing fees for 90% of the people! The only ones that really matter are the super rich anyway". I finished my mission and promised myself never to work for a bank again.

2. In 2017, I had a substantial sum of money disappear from my Malaysian savings account. To this day, I must have spent dozens and dozens of hours on the phone with every possible representative I could get ahold of. I've lodged complaints and reports, written countless emails, left comments everywhere I could... Absolutely nothing has been done, and absolutely nobody seems to care. I've been promised that someone was going to call me back I don't know how many times. It never happened. Believe me: I've done everything I can. I'm just a small drop anyway, right? Since then, I've resorted to both BigPay & blockchain technologies to keep most of my money safe.

I actually have more stories to share on how fucked up the traditional financial institutions are. That's for another time. But this is exactly why I care - and why BigPay matters so much to me. This is why I'm investing so much time here, on Facebook and everywhere I can to provide people with the financial experience they actually deserve. I'm not gonna lie: sometimes when I receive some messages, I feel like we've created a monster because of how demanding our users have become haha. But then I pause and remind myself that this is exactly what we're trying to do: give power back to the people. BigPay is far from perfect. But it's damn striving to always get better.

Unable to pay using BigPay card at MyEG portal, the error is "Please use Malaysian credit card / Only Malaysian credit card is allowed to make payment"

Try to top up by keying more than ur current available limit, u will see the message telling u how much available.

Normal ATM is working in such way.
That's why they offer unlimited withdrawal ATM with RM 8 annual fee.

Good luck to BP if they want to win the e wallet race. By imposing lots of restrictions here and there it will only make people switch to a different provider. People won't use if there's no benefit to them.
If your CC can do the job,  why bother with BP if they want to restrict here and there.

Shoutout to BigPayJonathan, be prepared to lose lots of customers and taking more losses if you decided to go down this path.
