Better to have to use a cc or dc. Newly it will give us sweet, lastly will be hell. lol. Thou we can transfer cash to our dc account went needed at any time.

i mean bp card is no different from any other card or maybe worse than a dc. there no point to use a prepaid card which will charge us a surcharge for any transaction made.

New to bigpay .. just got my card.. seriously where can use if everything got charge

Going to Genting this weekend. Gonna try withdraw 5k see can or not

made a card replacement since 19/3. Until today not yet receive the card....
Evrytime when u ask the cs for update, they will tell u all kind of their own make up story (either ur card is printed already,waiting delivery OR still under processing OR need check with backend team which never reply). The card tracking page only appear until i find jonathan for help (3/4/19).

From my experience, BP CS word's cannot trusted at all. Talk to 4 different agent, all told my card had been printed.  But in my app, the card is still in printing stage. Got 1 even promise that i will receive the card today

But when i trying to find the same agent again, she tell me she need will check with the backend team and dissapeared.

For those who planning on card replacement, please make sure you able to see the tracking status page under the card section. If not able to see, means your card replacement is hanging somewhr in the space and good luck for chasing them for actual update.

guys, its my 1st time use BP to pay.

But when I click the payment detail in app, it is still "pending". Day already day 3.
the food I eat also become tahi already.
Anything wrong?
It should be "approved" correct?

I want to share my experience.Yesterday night I'm going to withdraw at Hlb senawang. During the withdrawal process,  I heard the machine running to withdraw the money but suddenly the machine going out of service and spit my bp card but the money is not out..i checked the bp apps the money already deducted.. I'm panicked for a while.. After 2 minutes I checked the bp apps again and the bp apps showed the transaction had been reversed..
