Last weeek my husband paid RM300 at car workshop, but line was slow and they swiped the card again (twice in total).
The card balance was only RM500 at that time, so he got a notification of RM300 being deducted last week (and marked as settled). There was no sign of a double swipe (i.e. no struck out out transaction on BP app) and everything was fine and dandy.
Yesterday night, he loaded up his BP to RM1,000, and today (3.20am!!!) his balance got deducted by the RM300 AGAIN, which is now marked as settled.
He's going to the car workshop tomorrow to try and get his money back. But it's quite scary that the failed transaction went through a week after the card was swiped (i.e. after we had enough balance). If this was an overseas transaction we would be freaking out big time if unable to go and see the merchant in person.
Anyway, I will update after he comes back from the merchant. Hope it gets resolved without having to raise a dispute form etc etc.

Anyone having trouble with BP? I was asked to log in to my account, and then got the message "We can't seem to reach you. Check your connection to access your account" This doesn't look good...

I just tried local bank transfer to myself as normal to my favourite account but got error message "please contact bank bla bla"...
Anyone ever got this or is it just temporary?
Cs said nothing wrong with my account and asked me to reinstall app.

Mine also received.
On a separate note for non-Malaysias (i.e. visa holders), I just found out that bank transfers (local and intl) can't be made if your visa / pass has expired. Can still do P2P and ATM withdrawal, but can't remit money to bank. No exceptions even during MCO period. Bank transfers will be reactivated once new visa is sent in to BP.

My whole app has been laggy all morning. Perpetual spinning circle at top up page. Maybe its another of their system problems (which seem to be quite frequent?).

Like several other people here, my husband's account suddenly can top up with CC. If the server theory is true, maybe he was in the last server to be reactivated. Well played BP.

I read about top up errors a few posts back. I never encountered until today. Anyone same situation as mine?
1. Sister used HLB supp on her account (load once), no problem 2. I used HLB principal on my account, top up error (3 times then gave up)
Each account used their own name card, but I am the principal holder and supp-ed to my sister. My sister's supp OTP was sent to my number even though her supp account is registered with her name and her own mobile number.
I read about errors in past posts - how did you guys resolve? Automatically or call CS (BP or CC)?
