i thought the mazda Atf can't be changed without warranty being voided

how u guys change ATF? go outside workshop do?

Yes voided but either u want to risk ur gearbox gg before 5 years or risk changing outside. I rather risk changing outside. Yes go outside workshop do..very cheap only like 200-300.

If it unlimited mileage warranty, 5 years, i will 100% follow their recommendations, ie no ATF change. But 100k km capped warranty, then i will change it as there are CX5 owner who had gb problem above 100k km

Can ownself request mazda to do atf change and pay by self or not? Cuz I scare to risk mazda gb.

how about only reach 50k km after 5 years?

better change it, oil (even coolant) also got lifespan even the mileage haven't reach

for those who driving AWD, transfer case and rear differential oil also need to change

oil has life, that is why in maintenance is xx km/6 months or whichever is earlier.

Can but Mazda service center will record down void warranty.

Difference is u do in-house they got record. If do outside "MAYBE" they won't know hahaha

Change outside atf won't left any changes whatsoever to the engine compartment, atf filling points

I'm not sure if my warranty is voided, but I don't think I want to take the risk of not changing the ATF

I did mine at the SC. They do it upon request.
