Type A 490k before 5% discount.
Type B and C was 525k before 5% discount
Type D 560k before 5% discount if not mistaken

When I went the sales gallery first time, the construction land got nothing... only some bushes there... but sales gallery consider grand for project under 500k...

Better start saving now for MOT during VP in Oct-19.

Anyone can share photo of Graham and Avenham latest construction progress? Tips. Go to Hillpark Meranti, on the very last row housing can get a good view for this 2 presints.

LOL , already started saving for the MOT though. cry.gif icon_idea.gif

for a 960sqf condominium, maintenance fee already RM180.00, if EG really can well maintain the internal surrounding landscaping, I feel worth it..

As @mascot_lim kor said, Avenham type C is relaunched in Phase 3...but now I when I made comparison on Avenham Type C vs Avenham Type B, seems they are the same...what has changed? or did I mistakenly remember Type C was different before..

both type B and C looks almost similar, but not mistaken one of the type where the top of dining area was hollow, meaning you can watch down from first floor to the ground floor dining area.

Now I remember, the type C is the same as type B, only the dining pavilion of Type C has high ceiling! I remember my wife mentioned about "who's gonna clean up the habuk up there ah? I'm not going to do that!" tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif
