Congratulations! I think Eco World will only launch new project after selling out Wellington.

I think there are 3 more Gardens to go to complete whole EG master plan : Sterling, Barrington and Paddington.

Looking at the layout, Sterling will be Second Norton concept.

Currently there is still unit for:-
Norton
Courtyard corner/end lot
Semi D

Wellington
Intermediate for garden homes
Corner/ end lot depending on loan rejected unit
Phase 2 upcoming around 3-6months launching

It’s too bad that Courtyard corner/end lot units do not have courtyard. Didn’t know EG still selling Norton Semi D, I thought they already sold out?

I believed Courtyard for corner/end lot doesn't not make the house practical on the smaller build up.
Yes Norton Semi Ds still have maybe on loan rejected units.

Make sense. For me the selling point for Courtyard home is definitely the courtyard

Was told Wellington VP Q4 2026. Strata title 3 years for VP?

I thought the Strata Title should be ready upon VP?

Maybe someone more expert in this can explain more. I am learning about buying property too.

What i meant was 3 years to complete build up for strata title if compare 2 years to complete for individual titles.

Glad to hear the reintroduction of ecosystem restoration by Eco Grandeur. However besides the effort of the developer, the residents of EG should also do their due diligence to protect and maintain it together.

Any Wellington owner here?

Regret buying house at EG, especially inta bina developed house, defects are everywhere and to get it fixed is hell of hassle with "kurang ajar" indon and the supervisor. Report to EG, like no balls and so scared to talk to them.

Biggest disappointment is the shitty road, promise for expansion but until now cant see the habuk.From 4/3/2 lane to single casing hell of traffic and so many traffic lights along the road, respect the engineer approved it, world class engineer really.

On top of this, jungle area slowly disappearing, keep digging the tanah like no body business, city council tak nampak ker? Name only puncak alam, but there no more puncak but all flat. Worst part is this lorry carry the red soil moving same time you commute to office, damn..

City council should have planned this properly with developer, not just approve the housing development but road remains same like 20 years back.
