Yeah.. Those 2 have been completed and people living in.. So far so good I guess...Cuz haven’t been seeing much or any negative comments thus far. Residents mostly silent here.. I’ll probably take a trip down there soon.. check out the area outside. See what’s sprung up since my visit last year...

Yeah... Almost settled for Avenham but wanted a tad more, plus that exclusive clubhouse. So went with Norton. I’m not comfortable disclosing exact specifics publicly. But let’s just say based off disbursed loan notices...it’s currently at least 65-70% completed. Also, later on due to what I hope was an early entry, discounts make it possible that even after paying MOT (2xk) and future undercon loan servicing.. final actual purchase price would still be hovering around 9xxk.

Im going to sign SPA this weekend. But I keep comparing with Avenham unit which gives larger space for similar design, I guess there is no developer unit already for Avenham so only can purchase through subsale which will need to fork out a lot of monies for down payment, legal, MOT, stamping and valuation fees. So i guess will stick with Regent Garden although the space is smaller but Im staying alone at the moment, maybe future got wife and maybe 1 children so i think the space is still sufficient for me.

Another thing is, Norton got its own clubhouse and Regent will get it's own too buy not many facilities, so Avenham and Graham dont have their own clubhouse?

Most people think anywhere out of town is very far but they need to experience themselves. The puncak alam area has many routes and well connected. Eco grandeur is closer to Shah Alam and Setia Alam. Elmina also close to Shah Alam or Subang. Coalfields closer to Duta Toll. This area will have jaya grocer and kip mall soon. Already have Tesco and econsave. The cafe in Eco Grandeur is crowded everyday, MCD here also crowded.

I've booked 1 Regent Garden unit too. Btw, my SA service who served me rude and bad. No willing to explain more.

Jaya grocer hoarding is down, saw truck carrying goods to sell came in also, should be ready to operate soon.. at least kasi the residents there more livability options
