I think is around RM400 including sinking fund.

Maybe people prefer larger double storey layout? The courtyard homes are basically "landed" condos

I accidently found out thru advertisement on Sinchew website.

There's a YouTube video showing latest development of both courtyard homes and gardens homes. Was surprised that garden homes developed pretty fast? What's their completion date vs ours?

Yeah the construction started earlier since March 2023 but I believe they are going to VP together around 1H 2025.

Single storey should be easier to build right?
