Indeed it is due to the construction of DASH around Cahaya SPK area, but then nowadays I noticed that the stretch of PMD near to Jalan Paip traffic light near to LYL Logistic Hub nowadays weekend also jam quite heavily....I assume this is due to the road design bottleneck and might require for road expansion works around this area......

The twin lake so far I think they have started to filling the side land for land reclamation, but progress is quite slow, but at least got some progress...... Eventually I hope JKR will be fast fast to do road expansion for the whole PMD, as from what I know, those land stretches belongs to developers one state government already ask them to do the road expansion works since last year, and now we can see MKH is the most aggressive in this, and EW is started to do part by part..... Once all these developers are done, JKR will connecting whole PMD with these road expansion works, just dunno when they will start works, and also twin lake expansion might be take a while wont be so fast completed based on the current work progress.

Yeah, by end of the day, i believed that it will be new 4/6 lanes new PMD road.....just hope they will bright up with lamp post for whole PMD and maintain well the PMD..... EW Bukit Cherakah there initially should be upgraded by EW, but since LBS now also have development, guess they might will have discussion with LBS to share the cost of infrastructure upgrade for Bukit Cherakah road..... We will see.....this road also is the night mare.
