Currently I was switched off my AiCloud due to tomorrow I will leave Malaysia for more than a week. So you should not able to login my router AiCloud now.

Go to WAN>Virtual Server/Port Forwarding, add these following ports
AiCloud 192.168.1.1, 8082, Both
AiCloud 192.168.1.1, 443, Both
Download Master 192.168.1.1, 8081, Both
FTP Server, choose from "Famous server list" 192.168.1.1, 20,21, Both
Open VPN Server, 192.168.1.1, 1194, Both

Then Apply

you need to access with "https://" but not the normal "http://"

Are you sure your Dex-i is forward to DHL but not others? I not sure yours because you are west Malaysian. I'm Sabah here, usually Dex-i will forward to ABX express.

China is near only, not Beijing but just Guangzhou.

Been using China set RT-AC86U for 2 months, everything are working fine, router is very stable, no disconnecting.

No different about the wifi region, you does not need to change region too actually. Just keep in China as default also no different. Just the 5GHz channels selections different only. Wifi is still the same thing.

RT-AX88U is too big and can't afford to put on my router shelf. I does not need a router with 8 LAN ports because my router was plugged directly to a 16-port gigabit switch.
I will wait for RT-AX86U in the future.

you need to click another way to check your tracking.
on the left panel of 已买到的宝贝
you will see 官方集运


go inside then click on 物流订单


now you will see your router, click on 订单详情


you will find your international tracking start with CNMYxxxxxxxxxx


copy the tracking then visit http://www.myhuiai.com, paste under Dex-i to track your item

you need to create a China address. Go visit this website and login with your facebook account.

go to warehouse address by select the left panel. then choose one of the addresses you like.

go back to taobao then login your account. in the taobao webpage, move your mouse cursor to your taobao username at above, click on account management.
then click on 收货地址 and insert your china address. Remember to set your China address as the default.

So now you can buy the router from tmall. Switch to China then click checkout, then choose your Malaysia address in the checkout page.

Always login to your taobao first before you proceed to search that router to buy from tmall.

why do you want to roll back? I was upgraded but does not seem got any problem for the latest firmware.

Not much problem, I was bought a UK leg adapter from taobao to replace the original asus adapter but the DC plug head got some problem. The head can plug to my router but problem is when I slightly move the router, the adapter cannot tightly lock on the DC socket of my router. My router keep power off and power on. So in the end, I was using back the original Asus adapter. The adapter is using China 2-pin leg. I was went down electrical shop to buy an universal adapter, Make sure is buy the good quality one, so you can plug the China 2-pin socket tightly on the universal adapter.

I am using the good quality one, so everything are attached tightly. Not much problem for me for the China socket.

I think you should keep the original Asus power adapter, only the original DC adapter has the best built quality. No brand for the universal adapter, just got a red light power indicator on the universal adapter.

you choose air freight or ship by sea? China customs are very strict now due to the trading war between the US and China.

you have chat with dex-i customer service in taobao?

if you buy RT-AC86U should be no problem but yours is blue cave. The China customs will process scan your item with x-ray. Since the shape of this router is looking like a bluetooth speaker. They are doubtful about inside is containing battery.
It is quite dangerous to ship out items with weird shapes. Usually RT-AC86U is safe to ship by dex-i because it shape is look like a common router.

Normal procedure should be showing the status as Customs Cleared, then you need to wait 2 days for the item arrive to Malaysia customs for clearance process.
