Probably not, Apple has said if you want touchscreen there's iOS.

I think you misunderstood me...

I'm not referring to the real touchscreen display where SJ says your hands' gonna fall off after use...

I'm referring to the touch screen input where the current touch bar and keyboard area is... SJ said touch surfaces want to be HORIZONTAL... the TouchBar and the keyboard surface area is where touch screen keyboard comes into perfection - no longer have to worry about dust going into keyboard gaps or spoiled keys, no longer have to worry about how loud you type...

Have you ever watch Star Trek...?

touch screen keyboard only good for those who type with needed look at the key, for those who type without looking and solely depend on dot on <F> and <G> will be difficult for them to use as they can't 'feel' the key. Some more hitting on the flat surface while typing gonna hurt ur finger more.

Since Apple updated the processor, is the 2015 MBP still worth it? Considering it's still selling for RM8xxx at this point

totally not worth it. the increase in speed is significant for 2018.

2015
if you are talking about 13-inch retina macbook pro, it is using broadwell (5th gen) processor. For 15-inch it is using Haswell (4th gen) processor.

2018
It is using Coffeelake (8th gen) processor. The extra to pay for a macbook pro on this will definitely be worthwhile.
not to mention other hardware changes such as the SSD (a lot faster read/write speed), display (slimmer bezels and true tone), speaker (a lot better), touchpad (bigger), graphic (a lot better, even for integrated one on 13-inch, dedicated one is also a lot better for 15-inch) and many many many more.

no... processor upgrade each generation definitely is biggest upgrade of macbook pro...

if you no need the processing power... the efficiency and battery life , techonology alone is worth everything than the processing power...

unless is RM5k or below... then u can consider it la... no no for rm 8k...

No problem with it.
The only problem is you are paying 1 thousand more for that touchbar.... I rather save that 1k and get a non touchbar one, but for some reason apple didn't release a non touchbar version.... ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif
