I am thinking of getting my first road bike end of this year.
Is this model any good? It's within my budget under 1.5k

Well... it's a decent entry level budget bike... just imagine the same experience like your current MTB, except it's a road bike...

Here are the other two you can consider with the one you posted...

https://bicyclebuysell.com/item/463535/racing-camp-neon

https://bicyclebuysell.com/item/429165/2018...ed-bearing-hubs

If you want something with a bit better specs and don't mind used, you can try what Mr.Meow suggested... look for good used RB on the bicyclebuy&sell(BBS) site.

I came across a seller selling this product that says will minimize risk of puncture, even on normal clinchers. True?

yeap. if your tyres and wheelset is tubeless compatible, direct inject the sealant inside tyres, without tube.
if clinchers, can inject the sealant in tube.

my bike came w tubeless tyres. got nail penetrate. ride for 15km until i realized the tyre losing pressure.
took out the nail, sealant seal the hole, pump in air, ride again no problem.

people dont understand it, so end up hatin'

tubeless setup is nice, but very limited choice of tyres/pricing issue.

Just found out I cannot just buy any cheap road bike. It has to be spec to my size/height.
Any good new road bike under 2k with 54-56cm frame ? 56cm is best.
All the ones out there ready to go are either 44 or 49cm or 50cm too small for my height.

Buy from overseas lo. Since roadbikes are tax free. No sense crying about why it's more expensive. Instead of why why, just buy buy online.

Not really and even though I can explain why without using esoteric jargons, people who have set their own convictions find it hard to accept the truth and would rather be indifferent, shun it away and be a conceited self proclaimed expert.
