Hi mates,

Not a rb question, but can anyone suggest a bike shop that has good mechanics to install MTB tubeless setup. Im asking for a beginner friend who just bought a new TR MTB wheelset, but a few bike shops, around PJ area, none seem to be interested in setting it up, with various reasons like mechanic N/A, no sealant, too busy etc...
Even the shop that he buys from doesnt have mechanics around..what is going on with bike shops in KL, PJ...only sell stuffs but dont do much servicing?

He's a friend so I'd rather not say anything good or bad plus I was not fitted by him but by his old colleague

but definitely better than those who decide to wing it

Unless your wheelsets are beloe rm500, yes you will be charged import tax. But right now you'll save on the additional gst/sst.
