no issue with spoke rusting and never heard of it from any of my cycling friends, even with the newer models that come with canyon bikes.
its a bladed spoke and i think its similar with any other cosmic wheels.

hub is quiet and smooth but rolling is so-so, mainly of the low profile wheels but stiff is for sure.

if you are comparing to stock wheels. definitely worth the upgrade but for your case is it worth it all comes back to what stock wheel u have now and how much you are getting these for.

Even if it is an R2 or S2, the price IIRC is around 8-9k equipped with the 105 and not necessarily the latest one.

The price difference between the 105 and ultegra is about 1-2k IINM

i bought the 2019 R2...came with latest 105 r7000... only able to afford that amount of money. 8k. it weighs around 7.9+... still heavy. probably change to lighter stem/wheel later on

That’s a good price and the weight is acceptable. Stop bothering too much about the weight but focus more about your legs and lung. Those are the cheapest upgrade ever

i see, its weird tho that i have read a lot bout the spoke rusting issue and breaking easily on other cycling forum.
a lot of hate for mavic wheelsets TBH

im debating should i upgrade aero wheels or lightweight low profile wheels soon.

current wheel is merida scultura stock wheel
