If you want cheese that is similar to mcd cheese, you should start trying american cheese or sometimes labelled as american cheddar cheese. It’s orangey in colour and not light yellow as normal cheddar.

And for TS, if you want cheaper butter, try to look in shops that specialised in baking ingredients. Normally their price is RM2-3 cheaper than normal supermarket for the same brand.

If take bread then butter FTW. I got so used to taste butter anything that is not pure butter taste and feel like solid oil.

Surprisingly when comes to butter /k so high keras all use expensive brands.

had few types of butter in fridge. 1 for kek lapis business and normal one for bread.

but mine always finish early..had to stuff in room, cos i normally 2 cup 1 month.

Same brand but price varies from rm9 - rm 20+

I've seen kerrygold in jaya grocer rm 20++ while in the store only rm 9.90

I only buy anchor, kerrygold and devondale. Grassfed butter is the best.
