Talking about colour, i am using black. Bought the pink for my wife last year and after my Z800i gave me problems i bought the black Z610i. Great phone except for the camera quality.

This phone really cool especailly with the moving snow on the screen when making calls. My wife early batch no such effect, can i upgrade her phone firmware via phone and the effects comes out?

TS- add black to my pink unit.

hi, my mom's ap set z610 keeps hanging..she said, like 10x times a day..
anyone got this similar problem before?
and the thing is, i'm in australia right now..
so should i ask her go to her ap warranty place to update firmware or anything about it?

how do you guys update firmware manually? with the usb cable?

if got warranty shd make full use of it. when i bought my fon then i came to this thread and i got to know bout the new firmware. instead of paying ppl to upgrade to get snow effect i went back to the ap company, they kao tim for me and its free of charge!

how come my Z610i lags whenever i enter my videos folder..theres only 1 video there which is 6mb. lags like hell when i enter that folder, it will get stuck! just that folder only..argh

aik why ar. i experience tat too.

My Z610i have several videos amounting to 3.2MB, lag insignificant. The video menu so cool (like other SE new phones) it can play the "thumbnails" without even "choosing" to view in full screen.

no wonder there's a Video player in Entertainment..i think we've discovered a major flaw for this phone

u must be using the new firmware....its freaking cool. i was so jakun when i first saw it!

my phone kissed the tar road laast week. not even a scratch. im still amazed! it hink this fon is made outta good quality! when drop it slides on the road as well. every 1 of my friends was like "OUCH!!!!" i wana cry d. but check tat time was ok. no scratch n no hang! im so lucki!

i think the lagging accessing to folders is caused by Sony memory cards. i recently bought a 2G Scandisk and will take less than 3 seconds to access to my MP3 folder at about 300MB.

u mean that sony card worse than sandisk?

yupe. somehow by using the free 64MB Sony M2 it hangs abit more often than my current Scandisk M2... still hang about 1~2 times a week . but i can assure you that it is way faster than Sony

but i use sony m2 2G no lag oh even i put full memory inside
