maximum stack period is 3 years only, right?

just renewed 12+1 XBL Gold, (+1month free if you turn on auto renewal) + my current 3 months game pass,

it's 16 months if switch to ultimate

gonna redeem my MS rewards tonight, 12M & 3M
then I'm also good till 2022 biggrin.gif
*
Yup. My Gold should end 30/5/22. With the $1 for 1 month ultimate pass should end 30/6/22 but is over 36 months. Owh well. Got 2 extra months thanks to auto renewal anyway. 😂

Spend RM183 + USD1 for a total 28 months of Game Pass Ultimate thumbup.gif rclxm9.gif

redeemed my MS Rewards using the xbox last night, confirmed it works
just make sure your xbox is connected to VPN and redeem using the Reward apps

redeemed 29000 points for 12 months of XBL Gold, and 1900 points for $1.25 into my wallet
I can redeem another 3 months of Gold for 15000 points, but think not worth it as 12 months is 29000 point only.

Got the RM183 XBL Gold code from Seagm, then upgrade the gold + game pass into Ultimate, I'm good till Nov 2021 icon_rolleyes.gif

that part is a bit of hassle
few ways to do it

either you own a VPN dial-up capable router <- easiest & most straight forward method, but most router with that functionality aren't cheap
or own a PC/laptop with wifi card that supports hosted network <- luckily my HTPC supports this, I done it using this method
or a PC with an extra LAN port to create virtual router
or a rooted phone that support VPN hotspot sharing

instructions are everywhere once you done some simple googling

I asked coz I googled 'SG Point Cards' and everything points to Singapore based Credit Cards with rewards. Only Maybank is the option but I don't do Maybank CCs.

use VPN to get US IP, get yourself a MS Rewards account, do their daily missions & Bing search for reward points
you can accumulate few hundred points daily if you're hardworking
few months down the road you can redeem the points for rewards like XBL memberships or gift cards
don't be greedy to switch region to rack up more points, stay with one region, else you gonna get flagged and banned
once banned, all those months of work are going down the drain

just make sure you connect your xbox to vpn to redeem the points for rewards

Ok so I just found the easiest way to connect Xbox one to VPN.

you will need
1. Windows 10 update 1903 (stable for this)
2. Ethernet cable.
3. VPN software

Now just install that VPN software on your windows 10 computer / laptop (I am using HMA pro) then go to windows 10 settings > Network settings > VPN & enable both tabs there, Now before doint the rest, connect your Xbox one with your PC using ehternet cable. boot your Xbox one.
Now once your Xbox one is on, go to VPN tab again & click on change adapter settings, there you will see ur VPN's adapter, right click on that adapter & click on properties > sharing, here click on the 1st option to enable vpn sharing, there you will see an option asking you to select which home connection you want to give access, there select your Xbox ethernet (my one is Ethernet 1),

Now go to your Xbox one, restart your Xbox, you will notice that you can now access to Rewards program which means you are connected to VPN.

So I read about the $1 Xbox Game Pass Ultimate deal, and I wanted to get in on it. The problem was that a lot of sites keep mentioning that how it works is to make sure we have 36 months of Xbox Live Gold, then buy the pass for $1. So I bought 3 x 12 months Xbox Live Gold, just to find out I can't stack more than 36 months sad.gif. I was still able to redeem 24 months Xbox Live Gold and still get Game Pass Ultimate though. In case anyone wants to buy 12 months Xbox Live Gold, I can sell you mine. Thanks.

is better to stack up to 36 months. I lose like 2 months thanks to 36 months limit. but I get 1 extra months thanks to auto renewal with each 12 months renewal. i did twice for this deal. and i bought the last $1 for 3 months of GP. should have wait until July to this deal. deswai i lost about 2 ish months of it. owh well biggrin.gif cry.gif

you can keep that 12 months XBL Gold for future use
IINM, when you redeem 12 months XBL gold = 4 months of Game Pass Ultimate
