If I remember correctly

for special number (retained)
the minimum tender is RM300 +10 (office fee)

means for a "special number"
you need to pay minimum of 300 and above

if some one pay RM 310 he will get it, if no one tender to that number then can get that @ base price RM300

not sure the process here

The above steps will ALWAYS be done before doing another search

for newer upcoming Prefix (means next alphabet)
you can pay anything from Rm300 upwards

I'm not sure the full procedures of tendering

but it seems like the highest bidder will get the number

but if the number does not have other bidding for it
the you can get at RM300

but can buy any state from Mysikap
And just give the receipt to the car Sales Agent to do the rest

Most of the new toyota vios having unreleased no. plate like VCQ and VCS even... got some Selangor plates but not sure they new or what as idk selangor's running no.

the payment gateway seems to be unavailable at their site, not able to proceed with payment.. so can't buy thru here

Same was trying to make payment to test. Can't even pop up a proper gateway for payment.

Now the running number is VCR952.
If I win a tender number VDAxxx, can I register the number immediately or wait until the running number reach VDA then only I can register the number on my new car?

Can I bid the car plate number from other state by submitting the envelope to KL JPJ ? Is E-bidding for JPJ car plate available now ?

Guys, about to purchase a new car and SA asked me which State registration plate I want for the car.

Its my first car and I'm new to this, so would like to know any Pros and Cons if I have registered plates from another State from where I live? e.g. issues with renewing road tax, selling car and processing paperwork etc.

Don't want to end up getting plates from another State but have to go to that State to process any official paperwork etc. What a nightmare!
